Admission Criteria
In addition to the admission requirements enumerated in the Unified Law Organizing Graduate Studies at Saudi Universities and King Saud University rules the Department requires the following:
A bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition obtained from King Saud University or equivalent, with a grade of at least "2.75/5.0" or equivalent.
Completion of an internship period in the field of Clinical Nutrition or equivalent training/ experience as a dietitian.
Obtaining the professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health specialties.
A minimum TOEFL score of 53 (IBT) (Internet-Based Test) or equivalents scores of other official language tests is required for admission to the program.
The student must pass the written exam scheduled by the department.
The student must pass the oral exam (Personal interview) scheduled by the department.
Note:
Currently, the department is planning to development a specialized tracks within the Master’s programs in Nutrition, in alignment with professional needs and emerging academic directions.
